Founder: Kurtis - comes from a retail background with design experience at every level. He enjoys art, music, loved ones, surfing, snowboarding and donuts.

Media: Adam - odds are you have something in your outdoor kit that he helped create. He has worked for many brands producing some of the highest quality content in the outdoor space. He gets tired of Kurtis’s obsession with donuts.

Fulfillment: Doug - grew up with Kurtis and has run his own businesses for almost twenty years. He knows more about movies than any human on earth. He also has one of the smoothest jump shots in basketball. He doesn’t eat donuts.

Art Director: Tyler - originally came up with the idea of WELP with the help of our friend Robbie. His design aesthetic is flawless. He helps keep the rest of the guys sharp and forward looking. Indifferent to donuts.
